retail distribution company purchased from a Venture Capital
firm. We partnered with the CEO and his team to return the company
from -20% net profit margins to break even, positioned the company
for 100% sales growth and 5% net margins. In addition, we engaged
the executive team and key distributors to establish new distribution
channels. This change required us to restructure the acquired
firm by redesigning, the sales and management organization and
closing two distribution centers. The valuation of this business
